Hola! Oscar how is every one? Well my experience
in Mexico has brought me closer to GOD. When i've been blessed
to go (thanks to someone paying my way) and help with the
building of the orphanage and being able to spend time with the
children it has opened my eyes to how much we take for granted back
at home. The children enjoy your time sitting and talking or just
playing with them. I've learned that it's just the little things in
life that we tend to over look. The eye opener for me is the
children's stories. To know that sister susanna has taken them in is
a blessing. That to me is a testimony that I can live by. The
fact that I have gotten close to the children makes me want to
stay connected and to keep going back to let them know there are
other people that care and that GOD is real . I'm very blessed
in getting to know all the new people in Mexico. I love to
give of my time to others for the Lord has given me that joy in my
heart to do so. Coming from a hispanic back ground it has
allowed me to be able to understand and want to help that much
more. In being able to go I have gotten that much closer to
the Lord and I'm very grateful for that because my children have
seen that change in
me.
